Our cottage is privately owned and maintained. In order for a compliant, comfortable and safe stay, every effort has been made to accurately describe the cottage. *The Hidden Pearl Cottage is located in the lively heart (commercial district) of Tybee on a residential street and backside a popular breakfast restaurant and a nightspot that has live music/karaoke.
* Cottage, circa 1910 possibly officer's quarters on Fort Screven. Since relocation and restoration, the cottage invites our guests to enjoy its charming, cozy, and eclectic "beach vibe" decor. A perfect couple's getaway.
* Cottage is small (756sf) but comfy cozy for up to 4 max occupancy ...
* Two bedrooms (queen beds), 1 full bath. Outside hot/cold shower, fully equipped kitchen.
* No parties, events or gatherings.
* Door code is never to be shared outside of booked guests
* Pets allowed.
* Two separate spacious deck areas with privacy fencing.
* Pack lightly since the cottage is fully equipped for a traveler's beach vacation.
* The cottage is just minutes away from the beach and pier and steps away from shops, restaurants, ice cream/frozen yogurt shops, and bar/grills. The back river is also a short distance away.
* You will be in walking distance of most everything so park, walk or bike.
