Looking for long-term rental while building (Savannah)

Hello. My husband and I have started construction on a home in Ardsley Park. We are searching for a rental that will allow us to live there for the duration of the construction (about a year) - with our 4 medium/large dogs. The dogs weigh between 55-70lbs and they 5, 6, 7, and 13 years old. My husband's job at Memorial is contracted to start on April 1st, but we can sign a lease sooner for something that meets our upcoming need.
