White ATC truck cover/topper for Ford F150 models 2004 to 2008. Came off of a 2007 truck.

It’s considered a mid-rise topper, all windows open and close as they should, side windows have screens. Back window (door) opens and closes and stays open. Does not come with mounting brackets
