We are currently seeking a dependable, positive, professional Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while coordinating service requests, scheduling appointments, and supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Schedule service calls, estimates, and installations for residential and commercial clients
• Communicate effectively with technicians, project managers, and customers regarding job status and timelines
• Prepare and process work orders, invoices, and customer documentation
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
• Support general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience (construction or service industry preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with scheduling or dispatching software is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
