This is an all original 1958 Gibson J-45. Sunburst spruce top with dark stained mahogany back and sides. It shows light accumulated wear but remains in fine playing shape. The J-45 is known for its inspiring playability and versatile tone, and this post-war example is no exception. The body is bound on the top and back, equipped with original rosewood belly bridge, large pickguard with point and no cracks or repairs. The mahogany neck has a 1-11/16" nut width with a rosewood fingerboard and original Kluson Deluxe tuners. Original frets have some wear, mainly on the first four or five. Overall very nice condition. Always interested in trades for vintage Martin or Gibson acoustics.
