Here’s the story. I lived in California (Sacramento) and I had 2-3 bands. I had a recording studio at my house. I use PreSonus Studio One 3 (3.5.6 X64 bit) as my DAW, I found it had a better sound than Protools or many of the other DAW’s on the market. Plus I was allowed to stay with a windows machine and I didn’t have pay for the constant updates that Protools forces you to buy. Not only did I record my own bands (rock, blues, jazz) but also other groups acting as a producer/engineer. I purchased the PreSonus StudioLive Series III 02/26/18 to act as a controller for my DAW and to be a live mixer. It worked great, had plenty of inputs, and the DAW integration is fantastic. This would be great for a large band or church.

Here’s the sad part of the story: My company was bought by another so my job fell through (they downsized dramatically). I lived off unemployment and music. Then my landlord of 10 years had a senior moment and sold the house (he basically gave it away). So I was faced with a decision, stay (get an apartment) and commute to the bay area (yuck) or move. I choose to move in with my oldest son here in Richmond Hill (Savannah). I have had a job interview already (overqualified), I would like to stay close to Savannah GA for the granddaughter but FL, SC, NC or TN are options. I am NOT from California but as I’ve gotten older I tend to like warmer weather. So I chose the southeast.
The retail for this mixer is $3,499.95 retail but I paid $2,999.95 from Sweetwater. I will take $1,800 cash/FIRM since it’s just sitting a box right now. It is a little dusty but ZERO problems and still has the plastic on the screens and scribble-strips.
If interested send name, email and telephone number and I will get back to you within a day. The price is FIRM, I will keep in in storage it you offer any less. I will deliver within 2 hours of the Savannah area.
