Stellar Home Maintenance is actively onboarding HVAC Techs for residential rental property service and major repairs. Jobs are already lined up, scoped, —you just show up and do the work.
We provide or pay for all materials, handle scheduling, customer communication, and invoicing. You get consistent volume and direct deposit on NET7 or NET30 terms.
You’ll be handling service calls, repairs, and replacements across professionally managed rental properties. Must have an active license, reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, insurance, and pass a background check.
