Now Hiring: Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician
We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems, and have experience with apartment maintenance, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Complete service requests in occupied apartments
HVAC troubleshooting and basic repairs
Plumbing and electrical repairs
Drywall repair, painting, and general carpentry
Appliance repair and installation
Apartment turns and move-in preparation
Grounds upkeep and property maintenance
Participate in an on-call rotation for emergencies
Qualifications:
Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors/outdoors
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Full-time position with benefits available
