Infinite Health Care Academy has been providing quality healthcare education and nursing training for over 10 years in Coastal Georgia. We're a state-approved training facility specializing in CNA certification, CMT/A training, Phlebotomy programs, and CPR certification.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We're hiring an experienced, passionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Part-Time CNA Instructor. This independent contractor nursing educator position offers schedule flexibility while making a real impact by training the next generation of certified nursing assistants and healthcare professionals in Georgia.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
* Deliver engaging classroom instruction, lab training, and clinical instruction for our state-approved CNA certification program
* Prepare nursing students for the Georgia State CNA certification exam
* Conduct hands-on nursing skills training and practical demonstrations
* Supervise CNA students during clinical rotations at partnering nursing homes and healthcare facilities
* Assess student progress, track grades, attendance, and maintain accurate documentation
* Provide mentorship, career guidance, and academic support to help students succeed
* Work collaboratively with our Education Director, clinical partners, and healthcare facility staff
* Teach nursing fundamentals, patient care techniques, vital signs, medical terminology, and clinical procedures
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher with active Georgia RN license or LPN license in good standing
✅ Minimum 2 years nursing experience (4,000 hours) in long-term care, nursing home, home health care, or similar healthcare setting
✅ Completion of Georgia DHS-approved Train-the-Trainer program OR 2 years of teaching experience in nursing education
✅ Recent clinical nursing experience (within past 5 years) in healthcare facilities
✅ Current CPR certification (BLS or Healthcare Provider)
✅ Valid Georgia driver's license and clean driving record
✅ Ability to pass criminal background check and receive DHS approval as Nursing Assistant Instructor
