The Grey Restaurant is seeking individuals to maintain the upkeep of the kitchen as well as the building. The individual must be able to lift 50+ pounds and be able to work in a high pressure fast pace environment. Below are the key responsibilities of a porter; we are also willing to train the right individual.

The Porters along with FOH staff maintains the restaurants restrooms.
Washing and put away all dishes in both kitchens and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant regularly.
Mopping the entire restaurant including the walk in coolers.
The Porter must maintain awareness of proper safety precautions at all times required to abide by the Dept. of Health sanitation and food handling guidelines.
Keep all storage areas organized.
Maintain and empty and clean all trashcans daily.
Make sure nothing is left outside of kitchens overnight (brooms, mops, etc.)
Make sure bus tubs and sani bens are cleaned every night.
The dish machine should be unassembled, sprayed with delimer then rinsed.
Have attention to details also a sense of urgency
