We’re seeking a highly organized, reliable Personal Assistant to support a busy real estate investor with day-to-day tasks and property-related operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants exposure to real estate.
Responsibilities include:
Managing schedules, appointments, and follow-ups
Coordinating with tenants, contractors, and vendors
Assisting with leasing tasks, marketing, and online postings
Handling errands, document organization, and light admin tasks
Helping oversee ongoing property projects and maintenance requests
Ideal candidate:
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills
Tech-savvy (email, Google Drive, phone apps)
Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
Problem solver who can work independently and prioritize tasks
Real estate interest
Compensation:
