Ann T. Cooper was an American Postwar & Contemporary painter and print maker who was born in 1935. Her work has been offered at auction multiple times, with realized prices ranging from 75 USD to 2,500 USD, depending on the size and medium of the artwork. Since 2015 the record price for this artist at auction is 2,500 USD for "Kitchen Still Life," sold at New Orleans Auction Galleries in 2017.

The art of Ann T. Cooper reflects her view of the world as a vibrant dynamic place in which to live, where all things can be reduced to the simplicity of colors and images that we all quickly recognize. It is easy to instantly identify with her obvious warmth and sensitivity to nature. Much of the charm of these works comes from their cheerful simplicity.

A native of New Orleans, Ann received her fine arts degree from Newcomb College where she studied under artists such as Pat Trivigno and George Rickey. She has had over forty one-woman shows and is represented in numerous private and museum collections.

This piece is from our large art collection, assembled over a more than 50-year time span. The collection consists of original paintings lithographs, photographs, drawings, etchings, and other types of prints, as well as some mixed media pieces, all of which we'll eventually be listing on Craigslist Marketplace. As our main concern is finding new, appreciative homes for the pieces, we're pricing them to sell, at prices well below fair market value. Thank you for visiting our listings, and please don't hesitate to message us if we may be of further help.
