Preferences include wood floors (or at least non-scary carpet), peer-ish folks (I'm a young 30), month-to-month or short term arrangement (tentative plans to travel in fall), and cheap is good (saving up for said travels).

Don't need a lot of space; a sublet with furnishings would be do-able, though non-furnished is better. I especially dig quirky old buildings and quirky young people. Whatcha got?
