REQUIREMENTS:
-Candidates shall hold an accredited degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or Engineering with a minimum 5 years of practical field experience in project management or contract administration. An additional 5 years of Construction, Architectural and/or Engineering related experience may reduce requirement of a degree.
-Candidate must have experience in vertical and horizontal construction, preferably on major federal construction projects.
-Candidates must be assertive, possess excellent communications skills, be technically competent in construction practices and be familiar with CPM scheduling and RS Means estimating procedures.
-The Candidate must be capable of verifying that construction work has been completed in compliance with contract requirements, maintain daily record files in a computer-based system, conduct meetings with contractor and government representatives and preparing minutes and lists of required actions.
-Candidates must possess previous construction experience, demonstrate strong written /oral communication skills and be proficient with MS Office applications and proficient with computer skills.
-US Citizenship required
-Ability to pass a background check

Duties include:
Office Management: Answering the phone, processing mail, office filing, faxing, etc.
Bookkeeping / A/P: Processing payroll, taxes, insurance, etc. Processing and creating invoices and managing A/P and A/R
Office Support: Daily errands, shopping for office sodas and snacks, assist professionals with work-related tasks.
Critical Professional Support: Understand the building industry - both the design / engineering side and the construction side, or be willing and able to learn.
