Our Client is a Provider of cellular phone, paging, wireless voice mail, and wireless and mobile Internet access services. This company also sells word and numeric pagers and related software; and provides news and information messaging and online billing services. Products and services are sold to multiple industries.
Our Client is looking for a candidate to be the:
First contact for meeting and greeting customers as they enter the store, directing them to appropriate sales representatives, helping with service related functions within the Store including billing related inquiries and issues, processing bill payments, processing credits, entering orders and activating service. Assisting with stock replenishment and general store projects as needed. Required to provide exceptional service that builds customer satisfaction and encourages customers to remain with our client.
Hours will vary depending on the weekly schedule. Stores are open 7-days a week, scheduling flexibility is a must including nights and weekends.
REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: a minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), must be able to read, write and speak English. Must be able to stand, walk and sit, talk and listen and be able to lift and/or carry up to 20 pounds and must be able to work alone without supervison, and work well with others.Provides services at the front desk professionally, efficiently, and courteously.
The above post requires experience in customer services in the domain of hospitality. The incumbent will be interfacing with guests from all walks of life and will perform the following tasks:
- Stocking of the inns prior to the arrival of the guests (including preparation and delivery of continental breakfasts)
- Refreshing of the inns while guests are in-house (making beds, food replenishing, etc)
- Turning around of the inns after guests' departure (changing sheets, general cleaning)
- Keeping inventory and shopping for inn supplies and food supplies
Hours: 30-40 hours from Monday through Friday, according to occupancy.

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service
• Ring up all sales on cash register properly and accurately, handling money, checks, and other types of payment for products sold
• Perform multi-function operation of fuel console, lottery machine, money order machine, etc.
• Perform multi-function and cleaning duties necessary to maintain store cleanliness inside and out; basic upkeep and cleaning of all equipment at store
• Control merchandise, cash shortages and other selling expenses
• Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels and shift audits
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
You Need:
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in retail sales preferred
• Ability to work as scheduled and arrive to work on time
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
• Ability to perform the four (4) basic arithmetic operations
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with great interpersonal skills
