I've been wanting to build a fixed-gear bike for a while now, and happened to come into a frame that could work for me. Problem is that 54cm is a little large for me, I'm 5'5" but 54cm is pushing it a bit, only because I'm building fixed gear.

I find out that there is a frame in reach for not too much, and its new, and 48cm, so I am deciding to part with this frame.

It's a little beat up cosmetically but overall the integrity of the frame is there, like I said it's too big, and has to go.
